Sienna Miller suing News International and Big Pictures photo agency

Actress, model, and fashion designer Sienna Miller is upset over publishing her nude pictures with actor Balthazar Getty. The actress is suing News International and Big Pictures Photo Agency for breach of privacy. The photos were taken by Big Pictures photo agency and caused serious sensation. Actress Getty is married with four children. After the photos were published, his wife left him and he referred the photos as “embarrassing.” SF Gate reports:

Miller is targeting News International, the company that owns the News of the World and The Sun, and Big Pictures in legal papers filed at London's High Court earlier this week.

The actress claims her privacy was breached after photos of the pair frolicking on a yacht off Italy's Amalfi coast earlier this month were published by the papers, just days after Getty denied he was romantically involved with Miller.

Miller’s lawyer Mark Thomson has refused to give any information.

Earlier, Miller also sued the The Sun and News of the World for publishing nude photos of the actress. It was said that those were nude scenes the actress was doing for a movie. She was awarded $80,000.
