Stolen family photos of the Spears prompted a pornography investigation. One of the photos showing 17-year-old Jamie Lynn Spears breastfeeding her baby daughter, Maddie, as her left breast is exposed started this investigation. Because Jamie Lynn is a minor, selling the photos — or buying them — could constitute a violation of federal laws prohibiting pornography. Peddling pictures of a minor's breast — even if not taken for sexual purposes, could land the seller and buyer in federal prison if they are marketed across state lines for the purpose of being lurid, according to TMZ.
Both local and national authorities are searching for the perpetrator. Britney Spears’ lawyers are planning to sue Wal-Mart over security breach. Wal-Mart also said that they will investigate the matter.
